Apology

Hi to everyone who follows this blog or checks on it occasionally. Sorry we haven't been updating as regularly as we should.
We have teams in other countries and others preparing to go. The Russia team update is that they are doing well and as I am writing this they are preforming the second of their two concerts, 11pm their time! so keep them in prayer. The next team is almost ready to launch and they will be meeting up with some of the first team. then we have the Kenya team they will be leaving on Aug 6th. All the participants that I have talked to are VERY excited!!

VBS went really well, the decorations were amazing! and about 100 children participated! That is so cool. I wasn't there for that since My daughter and I were getting ready for the fair in Santa Maria. I did get to see the video it was cool. I will see if we can get it posted on here.

The fair was really cool still a lot of work put less pressure. Our kids did really well , and the community support at the three auctions was amazing! I will put some pictures up. The little Nigerian dwarf dairy goat was Grand champion of the 'other' breeds. The young lady with her steer is from our club too and she was second in her class so that picture is from Championship drive. The goats from my daughters herd did ok. one got 3rd in his class and the other 6th. Benjamin Smith will be taking his pig to the Paso fair, if they can get her to eat enough to gain weight! You don't usually think of a pig having an eating disorder! she needs to be 215, actually more since they loose weight when they get moved, by Sunday.

Other Shoreline news, if you have facebook you already know there is a newly engaged couple in our midsts. (I am going to wait until they have had a chance to email those of you they might want to tell directly....don't want to spoil the surprise!) There is also another baby about to be born, last update they were laboring well, tho blood pressure is a concern. (Kristen and baby Samuel) He is going to be about 2 weeks early. The Markovich's are still waiting for their referral for their adoption. Pray for them as they wait! Others are seeking the LORD to see if they should adopt.... cool!

The weather is the usual coastal fog, inland heat. We see the sun usually by noon, for a little bit. The wind is blowing the fog back in right now so the sun wasn't out long here. I suspect it is rather warm at the Paso Fair today!

I will try to get some pictures of Sat and Wed night services. God's blessings to you all, you are missed!
